Melaleuca more commonly called “tea tree,” has 90 different compounds and limitless applications. Tea Tree is an essential part of the AromaTouch Technique for its cleansing effect.
dōTERRA On Guard® offers fragrant, natural, and effective cleansing
properties. Because of these benefits, it is used in the AromaTouch
Technique.
Aromatouch® essential oil blend is a massage blend that combines the benefits of oils well known for their calming and relaxing effects. The
AromaTouch® blend is used in the AromaTouch Technique because of
its soothing sensation to the skin.
Deep Blue® essential oil blend has an immediate tingling and warming effect on the skin. Because of this effect and its aromatic properties, it was chosen to be a part of the AromaTouch Technique.
Wild Orange Cold pressed from the peel, releases an energizing, citrusy
aroma. We use Wild Orange in the AromaTouch Technique because of
its ability to energize and revitalize.
Peppermint, a well loved oil by many, provides a myriad of benefits. Peppermint essential oil is used in the AromaTouch Technique for its
overall invigoration and energy promoting qualities.
What does a session involve?
In an AromaTouch Technique session, you will experience a series of 8 powerful oils and blends. Using smooth rhythmical hand movements the oils are applied to the spine, neck, shoulders, ears and feet to stimulate reflexology points and energy zones. Expect to experience a deepening and profound relaxation as the session progresses. Clients may fall asleep for the duration of the session, which will take approximately 60 minutes.
How often should I have an AromaTouch®?
Dr Hill, a leading expert in integrative medicine and therapeutic applications of essential oils who developed the AromaTouch Technique suggests a set of 3 sessions preferably over a course of three weeks. Timeframes can be adjusted to suit client schedules.
